Gouache on paper – 8×10 – 1997
This painting was done during my college days in the Art Department at Troy State University, probably sometime in 1997. My instructor was Pam Allen Standridge who introduced me to gouache, which is kind of like an opaque watercolor. This is the only work that I have ever done with gouache. I still have the tubes of the medium.
